- Dartford Borough Council runs permit schemes on the terraced streets near the town centre, with zone codes per road, brought in to keep commuter cars off them. The kerb there is parked solid in the day and a tradesperson needs a dispensation to sit on a permit bay, so we usually use a council car park and carry kit in. Note your nearest loading point in the quote.
- The older Victorian terraces near the centre and the station front straight onto the pavement with no driveway, while the newer riverside and Ebbsfleet estates toward Stone usually have a driveway or allocated parking. Mention which you are, plus floor and key handover for an empty property, so we plan the van and the slot.

Good clean, late confirmation
