- Vehicles are barred from Penny Street, Cheapside, the lower end of Market Street and Market Square between 10am and 5pm daily, with loading only allowed before 10am and after 5pm. If your flat is over a shop on one of those streets, tell us and we'll plan an early arrival and carry kit in.
